TASKS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall daily
F&B operational business functions activities.
- Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation,
and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Ensure the quality of food is
always good and standardize in restaurant.
- Train new and current employees
on proper skills and customer service practices.
- Responsible for local marketing initiatives and
ensure that marketing/promotion plans are implemented.
- Review and ensure monthly sales
target are met and continuously seeking for operational improvement.
- Ensure SOP is observed and
carry out consistently.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned
by the Management.
