Restaurant Manager (Subway)

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overall daily F&B operational business functions activities.
  • Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Ensure the quality of food is always good and standardize in restaurant.
  • Train new and current employees on proper skills and customer service practices.
  • Responsible for local marketing initiatives and ensure that marketing/promotion plans are implemented.
  • Review and ensure monthly sales target are met and continuously seeking for operational improvement.
  • Ensure SOP is observed and carry out consistently.
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in F&B Industry or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Have knowledge in food control, product quality skills & good leadership.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self-motivated & passionate for F&B industry.
  • Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and PH
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley
