Overview:
- As a District Coach / Area Manager at A&W Restaurants, you will be at the forefront of our growth and success. Your mission will be to lead, inspire, and drive results across multiple restaurant locations within your district. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams are empowered, engaged, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Responsible for managing and leading a given district, achieving sales, profitability and inventory targets while ensuring a unique and brand relevant shopping experience.
- Oversee, coach and direct activities of Shop-in-charge person (eg. Store Managers) in the achievement of business objectives and efficient & effective store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To oversee a minimum of 6 stores and responsible for the district performance to meet district KPIs and operational standards
2. Result-driven Leadership: Providing support and guidance to all Managers on operations strategies to improve performance within your districts.
3. People Development: Coach, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and their teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
4. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of ownership among staff.
5. Operational Excellence: Ensure that each restaurant operates at the highest level of efficiency, maintaining A&W's standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
6. Result-Focused: To monitor, measure and provide support on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of sales building activities by the store
7. Guest Experience: Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and supporting your employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering this.
8. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance of operation SOP during store opening, closing and rush activities
9. To do structured store visitation as per Operations Manager’s requirements and area needs
